Tishman Speyer is slated to launch sales of its newest luxury condominium tower, MIRA, in the next few weeks. Montgomery + LEE has received information on unit pricing, floor plans, and building amenities to share with our clients. We are available to discuss floor plan details, view orientations, pricing, and building amenities and can support our clients for the pre-market launch and sales offerings.

It has now been confirmed that the 400-foot tower will launch under the name Mira in October 2019, and will offer 392 condos with studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and three-bedroom homes, including 20 Penthouse homes on the top five floors of the building and six townhomes facing Clementina Street on the north side of the building.

Expected pricing ranges for the first release are as follows:

One bedrooms (658 – 832 sq. ft.) are expected to start in the $1 million range; Two bedrooms (1091 sq. ft.) in the lower half of the tower will likely start in the $1.1 million range; Corner two bedroom units (1,107–1,491 sq. ft.) will start in the high $1.6 million range; Signature city and water view two bedroom units (1,392 – 1,534 sq. ft.) will likely start in the $2.2 million range; and corner two bedroom tower homes with unobstructed water and bay bridge views will start in the $2.6 million range.
