Throughout the process, I never felt like I was being pushed toward a purchase decision whatsoever; instead, I felt as though I was getting expert, data-driven guidance from who was actually on my side and had my best interest in mind. Finally, Todd and Rob have an extensive knowledge base and invaluable local network (of rental agents, contractors, bankers, etc.), and would be great for both first time buyers and buyers new to the San Francisco market.
